Personal Training

Almost every climber eventually hits a plateau. Fortunately, this plateau can be broken—you can train! Unfortunately, training for bouldering can be challenging. Where should you start? You could, for example, train for strength, but are you focusing on dynamic or static strength? In personal training, we look at your specific areas for improvement together. Then, we create a plan to address these and build a solid training structure for the future.

€45,- per session with a minimum of three sessions

Duo Training

What’s more enjoyable than training? Training with a friend! In a duo training session, you and your climbing partner can focus on your improvement areas together. You’ll learn more by observing each other, and it’s also much more fun!

Trainingsplan

A training plan can help you train in a structured and efficient way. Whether you are just starting to climb or are already advanced, creating an effective training schedule on your own can be challenging. With our training plan, we help you find the right balance between strength, technique, and endurance. We analyze your current level and climbing potential and create a personalized training plan. This plan is specifically designed to address your areas for improvement and further develop your strengths. This way, you can work purposefully to improve your climbing skills and achieve your climbing goals.

Tindeq strength test

With a Tindeq measurement, we can accurately measure the strength of your fingers in various grip positions. Additionally, it is possible to measure the strength of each hand separately, allowing us to analyze any differences between the left and right hand. With these results, you’ll get a clear picture of your current strength levels. 

 

Compared to a traditional finger strength measurement, the Tindeq is faster, more accurate, and more enjoyable! 

 

What to expect?

  • We will be doing three different tests (four fingers max, three fingers max, contact strength). 
  • Each hand is measured separately. 
  • After the tests, we discuss the results and compare them with those of other climbers. 

Option 1: Advanced

Deze optie is voor de klimmers die willen weten waar ze nu staan en met wat advies zelfstandig verder willen gaan. Tijdens de fysieke meting (1 uur) nemen we verschillende testen af en bespreken we de resultaten. Je ontvangt naderhand een advies en interpretatie van de resultaten.

Option 2: Expert

This option is for climbers who want to work together over an extended period. We conduct two assessments: one at the start of your training period (~2 months) and one at the end. You will receive a personalized training plan that you can follow independently.
