A plan lasts one, two, or three blocks. Each block builds over four weeks, followed by a deload week: training lighter so you can recover.

Good to know
The plans are suitable for everyone from beginner to advanced. Each plan is built around your current level, goal, and training history.
With the Independent and Guided plans, the week consists of two climbing training sessions. This leaves room to climb a third time on your own just for fun. With an Intensive plan, it is possible to train more often during the week. We will work this out together.
Climbers sometimes want to train a lot and therefore get injured quickly. Rest is very important for sustainable progress.
You will receive your plan as a PDF, within 10 working days of completing your intake and sharing your climbing videos.
Then we pause your trajectory or adjust the plan to what is possible. With a full cycle, a paused block remains valid for 12 months.
Via WhatsApp or Signal. After signing up, you will receive instructions with a homework assignment.
Absolutely! Individual personal training sessions can be added on as an add-on.
No, you carry out the plan in your own gym. The personal training and Tindeq measurement add-ons do take place in a partner gym.
